Shipping Policy

All shipments are currently sent via United States Postal Service and are limited to United States and Canada.

All packages shipped within the US have a flat rate of $5.00 for USPS First Class Package and $10.00 for USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Both rates included a tracking number.

**All stickers will ship via snail mail (USPS first class mail) in an envelope if ordered without larger products. Shipping will be refunded at time of processing. A tracking number will not be available.

If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area please note that I have been told by my local USPS that First Class Package ($5) orders would typically arrive at the same speed as Priority Mail ($10) orders.

For shipments to Canada, shipping is calculated at checkout and will also ship via USPS.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders to be packaged and shipped. 

Packages are dropped off to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays by early afternoon. Orders packaged and tracking numbers are sent the day before or on the day of shipment. If the Monday is a US holiday, orders will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Shipping times vary due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my hands.

Packages that are returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information will be shipped again at the buyer's expense.

 

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are not accepted as items are created and made in small batches and items may no longer be available. However, any issues can be resolved depending on independent cases.

Inventory

Inventory is taken after every market. However, mistakes can occur. If an item purchased online is out of stock, customers will be notified via e-mail and refunded for the item.
